Our automotive batteries are either new or reconditioned.

Reconditioned batteries come with a 6-month free replacement warranty.

New batteries come with a 2–3 year warranty. For batteries with the standard a standard 2-year warranty, there’s an option to extend it for $45.

The prices that we quote are with the exchange of a core (old battery). If there is no core, there’s a $15 refundable core deposit for Automotive & Motorcycle batteries. Commercial/Marine/& Golf Cart batteries have a $20 core deposit.

Whenever you need a battery, BexBatteries.com is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your purchase will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after you place your order (3 - 5 business days if you purchased special order items).
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logos, and PayPal. Bexbatteries.com does not accept CODs, personal checks, or debit cards without the Visa or MasterCard logos or EBT cards.
While processing your order, we place a "hold" on your credit card for the purchase amount. We do not charge your credit card until after your items have shipped. If you return an item to BexBatteries.com or to any Bex Battery store, we will provide a refund for that amount the day we process the return. Some portions of your order containing certain special order items, such as items shipped directly from our vendor locations, will be charged on order submission. Orders with these items cannot be canceled.
No. The only exception will be on occasional special offers with a limit per order.

Yes. Parts purchased at BexBatteries.com have the same warranties as those purchased in a Bex Batteries store. For details, read our Warranties.
BexBatteries.com uses industry-standard technology for secure online transactions, making placing an order online at BexBaatteries.com at least as safe as giving your credit card number over the telephone.
Yes. Your order can be canceled up until the moment it's shipped. Orders with certain types of special order items, such as items that are shipped directly from our vendor locations, cannot be canceled. Once the order has been received, you can return it either at our Bex Batteries stores or can be shipped back to the fulfillment center, covered under the Online Return Policy. To cancel your order, call the Customer Care Center at (954) 797-0450 and have your order number ready.
There are no refunds. Exchanges only. Simply bring your purchase and order confirmation email to the store.
